Registration is now offically open for all secondary school teachers from Europe! All are very welcome to join EDU-ARCTIC family, to follow the project's activities and use all the EDU-ARCTIC tools. The first online lesson scheduled for 12 January will focus on the topic of Polar night. Experts from the best European institutions will answer questions such as "How dark is the Polar night?" "What do reindeer have in common with the Earth’s rotation angle?" "Why is PINGO not a penguin?"
A list of all upcoming lessons are listed under the "Program" section of the website.
To register your class for a lesson, all you need to do is click on the "Enrol now" button in the description of each lesson.
All secondary school teachers are invited to enrol to take part in this online lesson and others (please don't forget to check the time zone for the precise start time). The number of schools that can participate in each lesson is limited, so we recommend enroling as soon as possible.
The EDU-ARCTIC project also offers a variety of workshops for teachers, the opportunity to participate in Arctic competitions to win a trip to a poalr research station, an environmental monitoring system, and an EDU-GAME for all high school students across Europe.
